The GS100
grease system is totally portable. To begin
dispensing, the airline is simply connected
to the grease pump. The GS100 is complete
with TR205 trolley, P8-11 grease pump and
GR100 grease reel. |

POWER- LUBE®
The Macnaught
P3 Power Lube is the ultimate economical, high
pressure air powered greasing system.
With models to suit grease containers from
12.5kg (28lb) to 22kg (48lb) the P3 Power
Lube can operated off any small compressor
from 3cfm/.08m3.
At the recommend air pressure of 690kpa /
100PSI / 7Bar the 50:1 ratio air motor provides
fast and continuous greasing at 34,500kPa
/ 5,000 PSI / 345 Bar. The grease pressure can be
boosted to 69,000kPa / 10,000PSI / 690Bar
simply by squeezing the B2 Booster Gun trigger
several times. |

MAXI-LUBE®
The P8 Mxi-Lube
is a 50:1 ratio grease pump designed to fit 180
kg (400lb) grease drums. The P8 Maxi-Lube
offers all the excellent features of the P3
Power-Lube and the P6 Maxi Lube.
As most large greasing systems involve individual
plumbing and hose reel configurations the
P8 Maxi-Lube has individual components.
The individual components include P8-pump
unit, P8LF-lid and follower, B2 Booster gun
with ZSB swivel and PF8 (2.5m/8ft) feeder
hose. All of these components are supplied
together when P8-11 is ordered. |
