The PEAK range of Bonded Abrasives includes Centreless Wheels and Toolroom Wheels available as Standard stocks
in a varied range of grits and sizes.

PEAK Centreless wheels are
made of Brown Aluminium Oxide grains (A) and are
available in 2 versions (depending on the bond
used) in different sizes and grit combinations. |

The unique characteristics of the
two special bonds V1092 and V2016 used, make these wheels distinctly superior in
quality and performance. |
|
V 1092 : Highly fusible and
cool-cutting bond which ensures better form retention
and surface finish. This high life-bond is ideal
for difficult-to-grind materials. |
|
V 2016 : A special bond,
with a unique characteristic of controlled fracturing.,
which enhances the holding capability of the abrasive
grain and also increases its life. It also ensures
lesser dressing frequencies and reduces the dressing
depth by half. This high-life bond also gives
better form retention and a superior component
finish. |
